LIFE IN INSTANTS

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EASY TO SIMPLY THROW DOWN A FEW SOCIAL MEDIA ICONS AND CALL IT A DAY, BUT NOT FOR ME. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ALL IS COHESIVE AND AT THE SAME TIME RETAINS ITS VOICE. EACH STEP TAKEN HAS A PURPOSE, OTHERWISE WHY TAKE IT AT ALL?

SOCIAL MEDIA IS A MIRACLE. TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS AND REACH PEOPLE WE NEVER EVEN MET, IN WAYS MORE TOUCHING AND INVOLVED THAN SOME OF THE CLOSEST PEOPLE IN THEIR LIVES CAN, THAT'S JOY.

THESE DAYS WE ARE ALL ENTERTAINERS, WELCOME TO MY CIRCUS, AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATRONAGE.

TWITTER

Twitter has become the ugly duckling of the social family, but I still have profound affection for it. It was Twitter that made me venture out into these polluted waters of the digital social world. There I found a space of collaboration, information, camaraderie, dialog, and yes, also discord; but this sheltered by the confines of my mobile device.

STEAL THE LOOK - TRAILER

Watch the trailer of the reality series "STEAL THE LOOK TAKES OVER NYFW", which I was a part of alongside Shirley Mallmann, Jessica Hart, and Cintia Dicker, blah, blah! The series followed the duo Catharina Dietrich and Manuela Bordasch as they stomped the streets of NY to show what Fashion Week really is all about.

Aired in 2015 and 2016 on Fashion TV, all episodes (of both seasons) are available on Steal the Look's YouTube channel.

Produced by: @daterrafilmes Directed by: @GabriellaBordasch Music: ES_Dynamite Dust 1 - Jack Elphick (The Epidemic Sound Player)

STEAL THE LOOK, EP. 2

The infamous episode in which I announce I am breaking up on Valentine's Day.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

Keep up darling child, we got many wonderful places to see, still.

INSTAGRAM

Here is where fun takes place. There isn't a moment when I am posting (or preparing a post) on Instagram that I am not consumed with feelings, generally of joy. There is something so exciting about creating an image that could be fun and fleeting, but also lasting and bold. For me, instagram has become much more than just posting about my moment, it is an extension of my writing, it is how i view the world and it's probably the most complete self of me out there.

HUFFINGTON POST

The Huffington Post gave me a space and a voice when I needed it the most, for that alone I am forever grateful. I am also, and most importantly, forever grateful to them for championing space for minorities and empowering us all to be our very best selves.
